Dr. Niki Tino, the daughter of a drug addict, has dedicated her life to fighting drug addiction.
She is a laser focused in her work.
She has gotten very good at what she does. So good the local drug cartels want to make an example of her. They want to set her up to look like she herself is a drug addict.
So they kidnap her, shoot her up with a cocktail of drugs and leave her for dead. Niki goes through what a lifelong drug addict would go through… in one night. And the drugs do kill her.
